For those who find reversing out a little hard to read. The trouble is, when I do this the links at the side are dark against dark, so now they become hard to read. I'll leave this for a day then return to it. Any comments welcome.
I find both this and the last verion slow - they don't scroll smoothly but in delayed jumps. I realise it's probably my creaky old machine that isn't coping with it - I suppose the pluviophile's background takes more memory or something. Not a big deal, just letting you know.
It just looks really nice to me - and I appreciate it might take a little longer to load on some computers. I could simplify and remove the rain altogether which might help it load more quickly, though I can't be sure, but let me stick with it a little while. Bear with me for now, Angela.

The text is now much easier to read. The rain makes me feel smug, though back in England in November it might depress me!
